Our fees
Contract Holder Fees Before the Tenancy:
JP Executive Lettings & Sales do not request a Holding deposit.
For all contracts we require rent paid one month in advance, prior to the commencement of any
contract that is agreed.
Contract holder(s) must pay cleared funds for the first month’s rent unless otherwise agreed. A further
payment of one month’s rent plus £100 is also due as a security deposit, this payment will be held in
the Government backed DPS scheme https://www.depositprotection.com

Initial move-in monies must be paid to JP Executive Lettings & Sales.
The Company is a member of The Property Ombudsman and has Client Money Protection
scheme operated by Mint Insurance services.
During the contract period aside from paying rent in advance (unless otherwise agreed), the contract
holder(s) will also be expected to pay invoices for any maintenance that has been commissioned on
behalf of the contract holder(s) including but not limited to the loss of keys or security devices,
contract holder caused damage and instances where contractors are called to the property and are
not able to gain access without reasonable excuse.
